Praise Him with stringed instruments and organs.  Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord.  Praise ye the Lord!

The Word on Music

Psalm 146:2

My wife reminded me that life really is preparation for an eternity of praising God.

Psalm 146:2 says, " While I live will I praise the Lord: I will sing praises to my God while I have any being."

The Emphasized Bible: A New Translation by J. B. Rotherham says, " I will praise Yahweh while I live! I will make melody to my God while I continue……."

She reminded me that in Christ we NEVER WILL cease to live…we’ll continue for ever.

Psalm 145:21 says that we’ll praise and bless the Lord "for ever and ever."

Life truly IS preparation for an eternity of praising God. How much time are we spending in preparation. How consistently are we practicing.

May the Jehovah, God of Music bless you as you make melody to Him.
